The project aims to automate all the Cable TV billing end users to automate their integrated billing experience with the help of MFS (bKash, Nagad, Upay, Rocket etc.) Card Networks (Visa, Master, Amex) and Internet Banking. The core concept is to collect bills through the dedicated Cable TV SMS (Subscriber Management System) and distribute the bills among the distribution channel according to their exact amount to the designated bank account. This efforts bring seamless non-stop service to the end users. The network is currently operating with four major cable operators accross 20+ districs around the country.
Problems:
Manual hassle collecting bills from end users (there are approx 0.5B end users across the country connecting Cable TV distributors)
Cash management from the end users and send bills to the upword hirarchy of distribution (LCO to CO to MSO) which is a number between 80K to 100K distributors and retailers.

Solutions:
Development of MSP - Multilayer Settlement Portal connecting the SMS (Subscriber Management System) through API with dedicated billing portals for the End User, CO, LCO and the MSO (Distributor)
Real time connectivity up and down with the automated billing system which gives seamless service once the bill has been paid.
Settlemnt of a bills into three layers according to their amount/ratio/percentage to the dedicated accounts of that particular CO, LCO and MSO deducting the charges of the Gateway, SMS and other platform fees.
The full system made automated with the help of Gamma Innovation, Southeast Bank PLC and EPS with 90% reduced manpower, cost and with boosted effeciancy.
The project was the initial phase of the market reaearch for BSRM and Sheba pay (a PSP) to develop a collaborative product to automate the distribution system for BSRM distributors. Market servey and the distributors feedbacks from 5 locations (Dhaka, Chattagram, Khulna, Narayanganj and Bogura) and 10% of the total diistributors with random sampling gave us the following pictures about the problem and the solutions.
Problems:
Managing a distribution of 850 high-value distributors rolling over USD. 1.5B over the year manually is a hassle. The network is nationwide and the main challange is to deliver the product in a minimum time period, collecting cash through Cash, Cheque, NPSB, BEFTN and RTGS is a huge operation for BSRM.
Mostly no real time payments hits the BSRM accounts after the distributors complete the order (except for cash diposits and NPSB), for high value transactions it needs T+1 or sometimes T+2/3 based on the type of the transactions and holidays.
Distributors being unable to order on the weekends and the non-banking hours due to payment hassles.
No real-time order updates, service and support system for the distributors.
Solutions:
Dedicated distributor app for the order placement (including real time payment to BSRM designated bank account), order tracking, delivery info and updates, service and supports, accounts, etc.
Dedicated portals for BSRM Sales, Accounts, Delivery teams to act, monitor, track and analyze the real-time reports.
Real time fund transfer from distributors account to BSRM account, credit facility from bank for 365 days a year will boost the sales volume by a minimum 20%, according to the market analysis.
A dedicated platform for the educational institutions and individual batch tutors for the organizatrion management. 100% digitalized Learning Management System including offline and online batch, class, lecture management and automated evaluation, reporting analytics and accounts. A dedicated app for the students and parents and portal for teachers and organization connected 80K+ physical and remote students seamlessly connecting a significant number of organizations and independent teachers.
Problems:
No integrated system to run batches, classes seamlessly accross both online and offline for institutions and individual batch teachers accross the country.
No automated platform can offer live classes, file sharing, assighnment, online quiz, queastion banks, evaluation, grade and reporting, communication, feedback and notification, payment system for the teachers, parents and students.
Managing large scale students with attendence, reports, automated systems for each activity with the teachers/institutions is a hassle and a matter of cost and manpower which hinders the business growth.

Dedicated app for all the students, parents with all the interactions they need to do with the institutions.
Dedicated portals for the independent teachers and institutions to create class, batrches with assigned teacher and batch members. Managing batch lectures both online and offline, tyracking their attendence, taking classes, exams from automated saved lectures, class materials and question banks was much easier.
Collecting payments and managing the total enrollment process digitally could help the organization boost up the productivity and the effeciency in terms of the operational cost was significant.
For parents and students, the importance of updates, notices, reminders from the teacher, grading and reports, digital payments could help them to organize and manage all the headaches at once in a single app.
The project has been runing targeting SMEchannel to avail one single app for providing one-stop solutions for the end users across the network. Mobile Recharge, utility bills payment, tickeing and booking was made possible with the help of the partners and dedicated payment gateway by PayStation. Initially, the app was distributed to the merchants from the remote and sub-urban areas to create a huge impact on the service booking, delivery and payment chain management digitally. 4000+ retail merchants were connected and the network is expanding each day.
